ASI serves in an administrative capacity to assist El Centro Elementary School District’s (ECESD) Management and Benefits Consultant in administering the Classified and Management employees’ self-funded dental and vision benefits.

ASI arranges the contracting of Dental and Vision network providers, premium billing fund management, claims adjudication, claims processing, account reporting and communications.
